Tasty, well prepared, delicious. The meatloaf was really good, as well as the new potatoes, but the Cole slaw was great! Crisp and delicious, I'll be back!

Best barbecue in Whitehouse for sure. I took mine to go but after arriving it looked like a nice place to enjoy your meal. My chop beef sandwich was huge. So my dog giving me her puppy eyes got some too. Their Pinto beans were very good. Not as spicy as I like but definitely worth getting them next time.

Delicious chopped beef sandwich, big enough to split depending on how hungry you are. The peach cobbler, baked beans, slaw, and potato salad were also excellent. They’re open Thursday and Friday 11a-7p.

I had the chopped brisket sandwich and it was delicious. The brisket was cooked just right and the sauce was on point. The sandwich had plenty of brisket meat. It was definitely worth the price. Eating here is a whole lot better than eating at a fast food place. My meal was served fast and the service was friendly. I will definitely come back and bring a friend to share this experience.

Quaint little side of the road eatery. Outdoor seating only. Fast and friendly. Grab some meat and sides to go or eat there. My wife had turkey I'm usually not a fan, but pleasantly surprised. Sausage and brisket are on par. Good Missed the 3rd week of the month smoked meatloaf. Heading back to try it in a few weeks. We had left overs. I suggest taking the peach cobbler to go and adding some Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla as your a la mode.

We moved back to East Texas three years ago and have eaten bar-b-que at several different places. Our search is over now. Cooksy's is definitely the best we have eaten in years. We cannot wait to go back to get more and it's 43 miles from us and definitely worth the drive.

Love this place. Best ribs hands down. Small town love

Since we left Austin we have lamented not finding authentic quality BBQ in the Tyler area. Then we found Cookseys!!!!! Best ribs EVER. Excellent sides and really good sausage. New potatoes are so savory and just magical.
